How much does Kanri cost?
20,000 ₸ per month or 120,000 ₸ per year per branch — the yearly plan works out to 10,000 ₸ a month. The number of staff does not change the price, and all features are included. The first 14 days are free, no card required.
Is there a free plan for a solo specialist?
Yes. The “Master” plan is free with no time limit for one person: schedule, clients, a booking page, cash desk and analytics. WhatsApp reminders, team and branches are in the paid plan. Sign up in the iPhone app.
Which reminders do clients get?
Kanri sends a WhatsApp message when the client books, 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit. The client replies with one tap, and the booking status updates automatically.
Is the interface available in English?
Not yet. The cabinet is in Russian, with a Kazakh interface option; this page is in English so you can see what Kanri does. Messages to clients are written in any language you choose.
Can I move my data from another system?
Yes. Clients, bookings, services and staff are imported from Altegio (formerly YClients) automatically; from any other system you upload your client base as an Excel or CSV file.
